Donations

The embedded form and popup donation buttons use Givebutter to process General Donations under its own privacy policy and terms. The dedicated transport fundraiser is a separate option. JenMed’s website does not store payment-card details.

Contact

The contact form uses your name, email address, topic, and message to create a draft addressed to jenmedfoundation@gmail.com in your email application. You review and send that draft yourself. It does not submit information to a website database. Information you choose to email goes to JenMed Foundation. Please avoid sending medical records, card numbers, or sensitive personal information through the form.

Photos

The images on this site come from JenMed Foundation’s Facebook page. Photo stories link to the original posts. Captions describe what is shown and do not establish patient diagnoses or clinical outcomes. To ask about a photograph or request a correction, contact jenmedfoundation@gmail.com.

External services

Google Fonts, Facebook links, Givebutter checkout, and the optional Google Maps embed are external services with their own privacy policies. The map is loaded only when you choose to open it. Givebutter’s widget library loads across this website and may collect usage and donation-attribution information under Givebutter’s privacy policy. JenMed does not add a separate advertising tracker.

Candid transparency recognition

JenMed displays the 2025 Silver Seal of Transparency supplied by the foundation. The year remains visible so visitors can see which recognition is being shown. This is separate from JenMed’s U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit status; its EIN is 99-4098501. View JenMed Foundation’s Candid profile
